Are you an authorized retailer for the brands on your website?

Yes, we are. Before inserting any products on the website, ikonitaly stipulates and undersigns a contract with strict terms and conditions for the sale of the brand's products. All of the beautiful items part of our curated selection are therefore 100% originals.

I was unable to find a product that I like on your website. Do you have it?

Prior to inserting the brand on our website, our team members make a selection of a number of iconic items from each brand. However, if you are interested in a specific product or brand that is not on our website, let us know by dropping us a line at or calling us at +39-392-5784041 and we'll be sure to look into your request immediately.

Methods of Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept bank transfers, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal. Cash on delivery is available only in Italy.

What do I do if I don’t have a credit card or paypal account?

You can always place your order and make a bank transfer. Just write to us at and we’ll send you all the details.

Why has my payment failed?

There are many reasons payment errors occur and a number of steps you can take to resolve potential issues. Please review your personal and credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly. You could also try a different credit card. If problems persist, please contact your bank, as it is possible that your account lacks sufficient funds or has been flagged for security reasons. I didn't receive an e-mail confirming my order.

Do I have to pay Italian taxes (22% VAT)?

If you are purchasing from an EU country, you will be charged 22% VAT at checkout unless you insert a valid VAT number. If you are having trouble inserting the VAT number, kindly send it to us via e-mail at within 4 hours from the order confirmation and we will be sure to include it in your invoice.

If you are purchasing from a country outside of the European Union, italian VAT will be automatically removed at checkout.

Orders placed from the UK (excluding Ireland)

All prices in orders placed from the UK will be ex-VAT with a minimum purchase of €160,00.

Estimated Lead Times

What is the lead time for delivery?

All items in stock will be dispatched for delivery usually within 2 working days.


If an item is not in stock, the lead time will be communicated to you once we receive information from the manufacturer taking into consideration the time to process the order, production of the item (unless the manufacturer already has it in stock) and quality checks. The lead time shown is from the time the order is placed to when the item reaches our warehouse and is ready for dispatch at which point you will be contacted.

Once we have received confirmation from the supplier of a more specific estimated arrival date, we will email you to keep you updated on this time. If an item is delayed due to production delays or for unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as this information is made available. Lead-times for deliveries during August, December and over national holidays may be longer due to summer and Christmas closures across our network of suppliers. Shipping & Deliveries

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do! All our beautiful and wonderful iconic pieces can be shipped worldwide. If you do not find your destination country on our website or if a shipping quote is not provided, please contact us at +39-392-5784041 or at and we'll provide you with a personalized quote for delivery.

International delivery is usually within 3-6 working days depending on customs clearance. Larger specialist deliveries will be considerably longer, please contact our team for more information.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

In order to give you the best possible service, we rely on trusted international couriers which are able to guarantee a tracking code for your delivery, such as TNT EXPRESS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL.

All the products on our shop travel with insurance against loss or damages.

How much does it cost for shipping?

The shipping fee for delivery of the products will be calculated at checkout. In some cases, your shipping quotation will be provided once we receive your order. If you do not accept this quotation your order will be cancelled and refunded in full. An extra shipping cost may be needed such as for voluminous packages, long items or non-standard orders, for certain countries, or for brands based on certain commercial conditions. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay duty fees, import taxes and any other clearance charges for the package to be delivered to the final destination. These fees are not included in the quote at checkout.

Shipping costs can change. In rare instances due to logistic events out of our control, the costs for delivery may be subject to change. In the event this happens, you will have the right to terminate the contract with us and receive a full refund so long as you inform us within 7 days of receiving our updated quotation of the change in the delivery costs.

Can i have my order delivered on a specific day?

We will try our best to have your order delivered to you on the day requested. However, please note that ikonitaly will not be liable for uncontrollable events such as delays during production or due to extreme weather conditions, verification at customs or suspended courier services due to COVID-19.

Can I pick my product up in your shop?

Yes you can. The address of our shop is ‘piazza IV novembre n. 12/13 - 60021 Camerano (AN), Italy’. If you would like to pick the product(s) up directly from the shop, please indicate this on the checkout page. Please bring a printed copy of your order – the product(s) will not be dispatched should you not have the printed copy with you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been picked up for shipping from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number, so you can follow your order during the delivery. Should you have any enquiries, please contact our support center

I still haven't received my tracking number. Is there something wrong?

If you did not receive an e-mail with your tracking number, please check your SPAM folder as well. If you still haven't received it, get in touch with us at

Do you provide documents like the "Certificate of Origin"?

Yes, we do. We understand that to ship internationally, certain countries require these documents for the goods to enter. There may be an extra fee for this. Please get in contact with us at and we'll be happy to give you all the details.

Returns & Claims

How can I change or delete my order?

Once you have completed and paid for your order, you will not be able to change it. That is why we recommend that you review the items you are purchasing before proceeding with the payment. If you wish to cancel your order or part of it, email us at within 24 hours from the order confirmation. Please note that some exclusions apply for example for personalized products or made-to-order items which are non refundable. Also, orders can't be cancelled if they have already been shipped: in this case, you must follow the return procedure.

Can I ask for a refund if I am not happy with my products?

If you are not satisfied with your order and want to return an item, please be advised that it will be at your expense. The returned item must be in its original condition and properly packaged. For the shipment, we kindly ask you to use the same box in which you received your order or to use a similar box. After you have registered your return, we will refund the products’ total purchase amount to the payment method used to place your original order within 14 days. Please note that you will be able to get a refund as soon as we have correctly received the returned goods. Kindly consult our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Damaged articles

Upon receipt of your package, we recommend you carefully check every item while the courier is still with you. Should you receive a damaged good, please sign the delivery slip with the annotation “product damaged - broken” and refuse to accept the goods.
